does anyone know how to get the icon auto to full pressure to try to get a good seal. i seem to be getting crazy leaks at between 1 and 3.

From "locked" mode (where all menu dots are lit and you have to turn the dial half a turn before it will do anything), hold down the button and WITHOUT RELEASING IT turn the dial one (or more) full rotation(s) clockwise, until the highlighted dot is back at 12 o'clock. WHILE STILL HOLDING THE BUTTON, rotate the dial one step counterclockwise, to the "settings" menu. Release the button. You should see two new menu dots at 8 and 9 o'clock.

Select the one at 8 o'clock, it will say "AUTO" next to it. Push the button and use the dial to change it to "CPAP". Push the button again.

Now select the one at 9 o'clock, push button, adjust pressure (it will be at 10 cmH2O by default), push button again.

All set.

To go back to auto mode, just change the 8 o'clock menu dot back to AUTO. Your min and max pressure settings should have been preserved, but you may want to check.

The SmartStick will log this as a CPAP treatment, so if you're concerned about your DME finding out you know how to adjust your machine you may want to remove the stick before you do that (no guarantee that it won't be recorded anywhere else, though).
