Smart card error message

Hello. My MD sent back my card. When I insert it with the machine off it has a C301 error, with the machine on a C100 error message. Any ideas?

According to the paperwork for my Remstar any error code starting with a C means that there is a problem with the card itself. The machine will work fine without the card until you contact your doc or DME and get it replaced.

I had the same error. My Md reinitialized my card for me and it went away.
