Any magic way to make the nasal pillows stay on?

Been waking up with at least one of them off blowing air on my face. I am using the large and just want them to stay still!

Two things that really made a difference for me are

#1. Putting Velcro on the back strap. (It sticks to your hair and keeps it from moving around) and

#2. putting the lansinoh (It's a lanolin based cream you can buy at any pharmacy) on the outside and inside nares of your nose. It is sticky and keeps the pillows in place when you move around. It doesn't harm the pillow material.

Not familiar with that mask/pillows system. BUT, Sometimes a persons head and/or face shape has a direct correlation to just how comfortably and securely a mask system works. A mask change, if economical feasible, may do the job. I think we all have tried several (to many) before finding the right one.

I used the Optilife during titration. They gave me medium pillows to use and I came home with that mask and within 3 days I had it replaced with the Swift LT. The medium was too large and kept slipping out and the headgear was too loose and I couldn't make it any tighter and it was generally just too much "stuff" on my face. Maybe try Medium pillow to see if it will snuggle in better? Maybe try a different nasal pillow mask?

The velcro "trick" involves attaching the hook side of the velcro to the inside of the strap that goes around the back of the head. The velcro grips the hair and stops the strap from slipping.

I use the original Swift nasal pillow. I know its different from your's, but this is what I did: I added a wide strip of elastic from the lowest part of the front of the mask around the back and attached to the other side. I just used safety pins so I could adjust it if it got stretched out. Even though its not real tight, it just really has stabilized the pillow. Its made a big difference for me. Good luck.
