OT: New grandbaby

Post by sleepycarol » Sun Feb 27, 2011 8:51 pm

We have been patiently waiting for our new grandbaby.

He was scheduled to be born on March 1, 20ll via a c-section. Well, he must have gotten tired of waiting and decided to make an appearance on Saturday (mom went into labor and so they went ahead and took him). He was born at 10:22 a.m., weight 8 pounds even, length 20 inches, full head of black hair. He is a cutie. I will need to get pics from son. Mom and son are doing great. Big brother is still unsure about this new member (big brother is 18 months old). Dad is proud as can be.

Name: Desmond Wesley

He is already grunting in his sleep -- must take after grandma!! LOL
Start Date: 8/30/2007 Pressure 9 - 15

Dori, I actually got to hold him when his family visited from Spain last month. He's a big, beautiful, happy baby boy. It was the first time my son had been home in 6 years and it was bittersweet. Happy to see them and sad to see them leave again. Thanks for asking.

Congrats! So very happy for you,I have 6 grandkids and they are the most wonderful thing that GOD ever invented!
If I had known how wonderful they were I would have skipped all the trials and headaches of children and just had grandchildren, (just joking of course.)
We are expecting a new one in May.
Cannot wait to see your pictures!
GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU!
