I don't have access to software right now. My DME finally shared data with me today when she faxed two months of information down to my sleep doctor (last time down, the doc's office somehow erased my card while trying to read it, so I had no data whatsoever from the start date of using my ASV).
When I was on auto bipap, my 95% pressure was in the mid teens. During the two months that I have data for while using the ASV, my 95% pressure was eleven. I can't credit weight loss, because I've gained a whole lot in the past three months. Maybe it's because the ASV is helping more than the bipap did? My AHI was 4.1, which isn't great but lower than it was on straight bipap. She didn't give me the breakdown of obstructive or central events, but I'll ask my doctor about that when I see him on Monday.
I'm also trying a different mask 'cause I have so many leaks from the F&P. I'm giving the Hans Rudolf a try since I need that chin support.
Is this odd?
Re: Is this odd?
It could be simply from the leaks
Re: Is this odd?
Do you have CSA as well as OSA? The ASV has pressure support which may have decreased your AHI.
