Anyway I can get you to help me find the software for my REMstar Pro. I'd love to be able to track my progress. My Doc gave me the machine, then said see you in 5 yrs..

Tried to send a PM but not sure if it went.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

is it a PRO2 or is it a PRO? And are the pictures right that you've got a legacy machine not an Mseries or a PR S1?

the legacy PRO2 is fully data capable... but the legacy PRO isn't.

Please clarify which machine is in question.

Download the Smart Card to you computer with additional purchase of Respironics EncoreViewer Software 1.0 & Smart Card Reader from the Software category of our Browse Products section.

You need the smart card reader. Unsure if the newer version of EncoreViewer or Encore Pro will work with your machine. Could someone please clarify.

The smart card reader has to be a specific one. Generic won't do. Don't have that info handy but I use the I N F I N E E R DT3500 by Mako. I got it from cpap.com. https://www.cpap.com/productpage/Respir ... r-USB.html

If you can lay your hands on the card reader cheaper some where else, someone might be able to help with the software. Looks like EncoreViewer 2.0 will work I would assume Pro would also but it can be problematic to install.

Need to make sure that you have a computer that it will work with. 64 bit is especially problematic and Mac users have to set up a Windows like environment.
If your computer is plain vanilla Windows XP 32 bit, no problem.

It is a REMstar Auto A-Flex with SD card in the back "System One." IPX1 on the bottom

You are going to need to register so that you can send and receive private messages.

This software will work on your machine. You will need a card reader but generic one will work for the SD card.

Encore Pro 2.xxxx is the version that doctors and clinics get. Can be problematic to install especially on 64 bit computers. Several threads here about it.

Additional Comments: I actually own the Resmed S9 full maxed out APAP, but Id rather have an older S8 APAP as I think the S8 APAPs were better.
