Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.

Would like to see if this is conformable and the top front black rod strap is close to the bottom of eye socket. This is one of things that picture will not tell you if this works well enough for the user.

looks like they finally decided the optilife sucked big time and tried to redo it - wonder if this one is just as toxic as that one was (it was BAD)

I wonder if the side bars on the mask will leave morning marks on the cheeks. I tend to mark up easily.

Ummmm is it just me or does this mask look suspiciously like a "revised" OPTILIFE? It sure does and I did not like the Opti Life---so go ahead men--go buy it and let us know how it works out!! hahahahahaha!

This is a link to the web p[age for that msak. If you explore the page there is a photo of the mask for her. I wonder if this is Respironics answer to the Swift FX. They refer to it being stable more than once. It does come with a clip for hose management. Looks very interesting. I can hardly wait for some reviews.

I agree, the top strap looks like it is way too close to the eye. Sure, I get it that they want to hug the cheek bone and provide an upward pull, but this may make for puffy eyes in the morning. Can't tell how it puts pressure on the upper lip. Worth a try though and glad that they are still trying.

I know you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, ........ BUT .......

The headgear for this new mask looks like they put a LOT of pressure on the cheek bones. That cannot be comfortable. And it's sure to leave marks in the morning.

Also, I'm not too sure about a mask that has so much hardware right over my mouth.

Certainly, I'm going to need to see a lot of positive reviews before trying this one out.

It makes me wonder if any of the designer of these things has ever used cpap.

Call me skeptical.....
I'm workin' on it.

it still sounds like a revised optilife to me

with the optilife there was a clip with it to clip it onto PJ top similar to this Image

looks like this one might be able to go up too with this statement "Long, multi-directional 18 inch/45.7 cm tube with 360 degree swivel maintains seal during patient movement." in

http://www.healthcare.philips.com/asset ... lesAid.pdf

still would wonder how toxic it was - for anyone who is also chemically sensitive, the optilife still wasn't safe at 6 months for me to use - some masks I can use straight out of the package

I am using the optilife right now. The nose pillows stay in my nose and as of last night, I only had 0.3 AHI which has come down a LOT since I had the Full Face Mask. However, I do hate the headgear on the Optilife Nasal Mask. Every night I have to readjust it because the movement during sleep causes it to slide a lot. I love that the face is clear, but the chin strap itches and slips a lot, causing a leak of 29-30 so far each night.

I like the nasal piece, hate the headgear. Can anyone suggest a better holding setup? I do need a chin strap and want the face to be free of product.
