What pillow for a fairly active side sleeper with FFM?

Post by gm60 » Thu Jan 13, 2011 8:45 pm

I’m a side sleeper and do move around a bit during the night.

Waiting for my Quattro FX to come in. Had the Liberty and my shifting at night would cause the nasal pillows to shift and leak. Drove me crazy, I’m sure my regular pillow didn’t help the situation.

I have looked at different pillows and reviews are all over the place.

Lots of pillows out there, looking to see what works and doesn't work for folks here. I would rate my my regular pillow as medium firmness.

Thank you
Just looking for a good nights sleep!

I bought the SuprimaPillow by Tempur Pedic, but I don't have a full face mask. I use the Swfit LT and the HC407 nasal mask with my pillow. It is softer than most Tempur Pedic pillows, but not mushy to where your mask sinks into the pillow. I also like the shape of it because it is easy to get to the edge to hang the mask over, if you choose. I sleep with mine on the pillow.

The nice thing about Bed Bath and Beyond is that they always have 20% off coupons online and in the mail and they will let you return a pillow if you do not find it comfortable. What works for one person doesn't always work for another, but this is what worked for me!
