Yeah, but it's a high-tech solution to a low-tech problem. I've got a much cheaper solution: Take a pair of brassieres* (you can find them at any department store) and put one cup over your chin, wrap the thing around the back of your head, put the other cup over your chin, and then secure the whole thing with a generous strip of duct tape.

Lots cheaper than $119.

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy. Keep yer stick on the ice.

(ducking)

* My immigrant ex-wife never could understand why it's a pair of pants, a pair of glasses, but not a pair of brassieres.

And then there's the classic disclaimer at the end taken directly from the web page:
The statements and claims made about this product have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (U.S.). This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

And you know, the picture on the main web page looks for all I can tell just like a variation on your basic chin strap designed to prevent mouth breathing---you know, the kind our hosts have multiple versions of listed for prices all under $40. Of course, our hosts know what a chin strap is really for .... and don't overcharge for them .....

Looks like it would make a good chin strap to use with my FX pillows but it could be a death trap without a cpap machine.

I, for one, am ready to dump my equipment and order one of these. Lest you think I am naive, I should tell you I did my homework and googled "is my snoring solution a scam". Lo and behold, that brought up a site that did a review of the product and declared it not a scam.

But seriously, I just love that review site. The Compensation Disclosure page states in part:

"Unless otherwise expressly stated, you should assume that all references to products and services on mysnoringsolutionreviews.com are made because material connections exist between the website’s owner (“Owner”) and the providers of the mentioned products and services (“Provider”)."

In other words, we are saying it's not a scam because they paid us to say so.

Conclusion: It may be a scam. But, at least, it's an honest scam.

What gets me is, do these people not relaize that most peoples OSA is deeper in the airway and not jaw related? Just like the dental device, it may work for some very mild OSA patients, by moving the jaw forward whch also moves the tongue out of the way. Even some of the mild patients take a very high pressure of CPAP to keep the airway open. Im sure we will start to see alot of new products that work better than CPAP...and I hope someday we do find something that works! (But it has to really work)

I'm still waiting for the 5X5 c-pap machine and mini mask. It's my dream. Can you picture it with it's little tiny hose?
I bet someone will make it someday. What...you don't think so? Men are walking on the moon.

In fact some people report having more apnea/hypopneas when using an overtightened chinstrap. Treatment for OSA..doubtful.

What about an inhaler. Just before you go to sleep you take a puff and the chemicals tighten all the muscles in your airway for 8 hours. I could live with that!

Yep....I could live with that too!!!
You take 1/2 a puff for a quick nap on the sofa. Great idea.
