S9 Autoset keeps losing time and date

I have a new (less than 1 week old) S9 Autoset. It keeps forgetting the date/time. I will set it and the next day when I read the card on my PC, it shows no data for the current date, but there is new data for 12/31/2008. Has anyone come across this issue? I have contacted my DME and they are going to get in touch with ResMed.

I don't know about the S9s but w/the S8s after you make the Change you also have to Apply.

Interesting that your S9 reverts to 12/31/08 since they weren't available in the USA in 2008 and, in fact, it seems to me the S9s came out in 2010 in the US but my memory isn't what it use to be and time can pass me by. Maybe the S9s were released in the states in 2009.

I just went to Lincare to pick up my new Quattro FX mask and she said she talked to ResMed and they are shipping out a replacement S9, as this should not be happening.
