I was heartened to discover the white disposable filters are online at CPAP.com for $14 for a package of 6, instead of what my DME charged (about $6 each) back when my CPAP stuff was covered by insurance. However this is still a little pricey considering they probably cost about 4 cents each to make and get to the DME.
I searched the archives and found a post on cutting up a surgical mask but thought I'd toss this out to the rest of the crowd before getting the scissors out.
Does anyone know a source of inexpensive M-Series ultra fine filters?
Thanks from Denver,

Check PM...
The OSA patient died quietly in his sleep.
Unlike his passengers who died screaming as the car went over the cliff...
