Swift FX Mask is terrific

Post by Tn-Ken » Sat Jan 08, 2011 6:09 pm

I recently switched from the ComfortLite II mask to the Swift FX and have to say that I'm delighted with it. It's light - hardly even know I've got a mask on. I have no troubles with leaks - it's MUCH better than the ComfortLite. Occasionally when I scrunch my head around on the pillow I'll pull it away a bit but a short "reverse scrunch" gets it back into place without having to do anything else.

I'm a side-sleeper and was a bit skeptical after reading some of the reviews but decided to use the "return insurance" and won't be needing it.

I couldn't ask for a better mask.

I havce to agree on all the above. I recently switched from the LT (which was comfortable), and found many improvements. Super comfortable.

Ken,

That is fantastic--life gets really good once you find that one mask that really works for you.

So did I just about a week ago. The FX stays put a lot better when I roll my head around. I was having leak problems with the LT, up to 40L/min, with my mouth completely taped! With the FX I'm going as long as 6 hours with 0 leakage.

I have the FX and the LT and can't seem to get the FX nasal pillows to stay in my nose! I will have to fiddle with it again. It would be very comfortable. Congrats on finding something that works well for you!
