After a really hard time for 7 months, I actually sleep well with my mask on for 6 to 8 hours by night, I never slept that much. My data are good.
I saw my pneumologist just before Christmas, she was pleased to see that I was autonomous, able to read my data and well surrounded with this community. Except something bad, she will see me in 2 years!!!

I thank you all to have been there and supportive, especially BlackSpinner. Have a good year, take care of you.
