Trade/Loan/Wanted Items Topic Under "Announcements"?

Is it feasible to have such a topic under "Announcements" so that the topic would always be available on the home page? Otherwise, items get buried and probably not viewed after a couple of days unless one does a search. Just an idea.

Yeah - lack of categories and stickies is annoying, isn't it?
