To Johnny & Carolyn - Special Thanks

Post by Madalot » Sun Dec 19, 2010 9:06 am

I wanted to start a separate thread, from me, and personally thank you for this site. As one of the major "contributors" to the fuss around here, I am sorry for any negative comments I made have made (or insinuated) to or about you or this site. Emotional response took away better judgement at times.

I really appreciate this site and how it helps so many people. From the bottom of my heart --

Thank you.

Yes, indeed. Thank you Johnny and Carolyn.

I've had a pretty rough and bumpy ride these last 4 months. I found this site quite by accident after my diagnosis but before getting my equipment. The kind and knowledgeable members on the board are what have kept me on the path toward getting this therapy to work for me. I can't even begin to think about where I'd be without all the help offered here. I truly appreciate it.

Happy Holidays to you!

Linda

I also would like to thank Johnny and Carolyn for hosting this website. You get too few thanks and too many rants. It amazes me that the owners of an online business have been willing to start and quietly support a self-help forum in the way that the you two have. There is no requirement that we buy anything from your business; in fact it is quite easy for newbies to not know who the sponsors are.

We are all adults here and, except for the occasional troll or spoiled brat (of whatever age) attempting to rile us up, we behave respectfully towards each other. Everyone's willingness to pass along their hard-learned knowledge is why this site works as well as it has. I'm grateful and proud to be a member of this community, and I would recommend this site in a heartbeat to anyone I know that has sleep apnea.

Thank you!

I also want to add my thanks. I know my situation is rather unusual. But that's the beauty of this site. Folks come together to help one another through the odd situations they face. We learn. We help. We grow as a community and individuals.

Thank you for your efforts to provide a useful - if occassionally dysfunctional - site. But then that's life, isn't it?

Thank you for making a difference.

Want to add my two cents as well.

Without this site I would have been stuck with an M series Plus machine that probably would have been shoved in the corner of my closet. I was totally clueless on treatment options and with the support of this wonderful site have went on to successful treatment.

I hope that the few bad apples don't deter those needing the support of this site.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Johnny, Carolyn, and the whole https://www.cpap.com crew!!!

I to want to thank you for this site, I took to the CPAP machine quite well and I contribute that to this site and the many wonderful and helpful people here. None of it would be possible with out you.
