Where can I sell my new CPAP?

I have a new CPAP machine sitting in my closet with all accessories. I paid $700.00 for it and only used it a week. I am wondering if anyone knows of a place that might purchase it. It is a Respironics Remaster Plus with Heated Humidifier Model 1005792.

Thanks for the websites. I will check with them to see if I can sell it. I am selling the CPAP because I don't use it. I went' through a sleep study becasue I was sleepy all the time and I was in the borderline range. I figured I would give a try so I purchased it. I lost lots of weight and I am no longer on the borderline range. I don't need it so I figured I should sell it to get some cash.
