One-handed? No problem.

Because I have the use of one hand only, I had to find headgear that I could slip on without velcro/clips. The Mirage Swift II Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask works great. Once the straps are adjusted the first time, I can just attach the nasal pillow mask and put it over my head. The headgear has just the right amount of stretch to make it easy to do.

Way to figure it all out Nimble!!!!! There are other masks that just slip on like the swift, just take a look at cpap.com. I tell my granddaughter who has cerebral palsy when she has difficulty doing something " You gotta do what you gotta do to get it done". She's 15 and has a great attitude about it all, just as you do.....KEEP IT UP!!!
Good luck
