So....what's up with this? I'm waking up with my mask being all sweaty....is this rain-out? I don't have drops of moisture, but the mask just feels all sweaty
So, my humidifier heat is set at 1.....if I raise my heat...will it be more or less sweaty? What do my "EXPERT" friends suggest?

More heat = more "sweat"

Re: waking up with SWEATY mask
I had been using my CPAP with the humidifier running with no heat up until a couple of weeks ago. Someone recommended trying the CPAP without the humidifier, so I disconnected it completely. Maybe come winter when the air is drier I'll want it again, but for now I don't need it at all.
I have fibromyalgia in addition to OSA. I take Lunesta at bedtime.
