CPAP Pro pillows with mouthpiece - has anyone used?

Post by Wonka » Thu Nov 04, 2010 3:35 pm

I'm back to Sleep test #2 in a couple of hours, then back to the Pulmonologist next Thursday. So...Iim preparing for the DAME fight to get the equipment of my choice. So far, the Resumed SA9 Autosite with WY51 Humidifier is my choice. Why? Only from what I've learned here and other sites. Id like to pair that with the Resumed Swift FAX Nasal Pillow cap or the CPAP Pro which seems to be a newer innovation combining the pillows with a mouthpiece.

Here's a link to the CPAP Pro I'm asking about. It seems to be a little different than others and using a mouthpiece that is heated and molded to your teeth (kinda like sports mouthpieces) and pillows.

The answers I've seen thus far seem to be referring to different devices.

Iim wondering if anyone here used the CPAP Pro and can offer any input?

I am currently using the RESMED Swift FX nasal pillow mask and love it. My problem is I am breathing out of my mouth and losing all my therapy. Tonight I will try the RESMED Liberty which is a hybrid mask, combiantion between the nasal pillow and mouth piece.
