omg. i just realized that i cancelled my Sleep Study, TWICE!!!

i have so much going on, emotionally and physically. i am drained. too much to list. tired of talking about it. the DEVIL is and has been out in full force, in many forms

i have got to get it together, cause i am supposed to see the Pulmonolgist in the middle of this month

i am so stressed that i dont even think i spelled that word right
Dont Worry About My Machine, My Equipment, And What I Use, Just Know That I Have Obstructive Sleep Apnea, And I Have CPap Equipment, And Thats All You Need To Know, Now Call Me On This

When you call the sleep lab to reschedule, ask them to put you on their cancellation list. Maybe you'll be called in sooner that way.

You have every reason to be stressed to the max. Just remember your own words ... "one day at a time."

oh my goodness!

Sorry that had to happen...

it gets harder to make appts at the end of the year as people are rushing to get things done after they meet deductables..

yes, ask for the first available cancellation, and tell them what happened to you....

you know they might be able to call and ask someone else to reschedule, they did that with me, they asked me to reschedule for
another patient who was in need..

for my early sleep studies I took a big dose of sleeping pills and some vodka
I didnt want to lie there wide awake all night
australian,anxiety and insomnia, a CPAP user since 1995, self diagnosed after years of fatigue, 2 cheap CPAPs and respironics comfortgell nose only mask. not one of my many doctors ever asked me if I snored
