Was locked out of Encore Pro. Now back up and running

I was so frustrated because I got locked out of Encore Pro. I finally got it running again. I uninstalled it then I couldn't get it to reinstall. I finally reinstalled it in my documents. I really didn't think this would work but I was desperate. It is working perfectly now.

I just downloaded Encore Pro, it is working but it seems like all i can find is compliance tracking info--hours of therapy, etc. my machine states it is full data capablility, wondering if I'm missing something....been through the help menus over and over and getting nowhere....

are you able to get the AHI, leakage rates, etc. from your card on your machine with your software??

You list an S9 machine but are using Encore Pro. I don't understand?

You can also do a system restore to before you got locked out.

How exactly did you wind up doing it?

System restore never works for me. I think I just overlooked changing the length of days for the password. It was set to expire after 30 days. This is the only thing I can figure out.
