Yes, I've found it to be reliable and the experts here have assured me as well. As the observer of my husband's therapy I can tell you that if I witness any sleep disturbances on a given night(apnea,snoring,restlessness,,etc) it will show up on the data the next morning. Good luck.

How do you set the time on a 450Pro? I don't see it in the menus, but my data is all messed up with the time being off by several hours.
