Can't download data from my Smartcard

Can't download data from my Smartcard

When I first got my software to download the info from my Smartcard, it worked fine. I got a report with no problem. But now when I insert the card, the orange (red?) light comes on and I click on the "Download from Device" button, and there's no response at all. I can still click on "View Report and see the August data that I looked at months ago, but the calendar won't go past August and the "Download from Device" wording is kinda gray which makes me think it might not be working at all.

You mite want to try and uninstall the sofwere then reinstall. This mite fix the problem you are having.

Im not sure which version of the software you are using, but on mine you have to have the data card server running prior to opening the software. If the data card server is not open then the computer will not recognize your card.

It is from encore anywhere, but it works for encore pro also.

Are you getting an error message?

Is this the same machine it worked on before?

What version of Encore? Which OS?
