I got today the Nonin 7500 to find out that I need the nVision software to display the results! Does anybody have an idea where to download the needed the software, since it is for me very difficult to order the software? And is the cable to the PC a special cable?

Hi, the software can be puchased from Turner Medical. http://www.turnermedical.com/Nonin_nVis ... ftware.htm I know it's a bit expensive but all of this kind of stuff is. As for the data cable, might be hard to find. It's a rs232 (serial) data cable. Turner sells the Nonin 7500 which I've been considering, software/hardware bundle.
Might check http://www.medical-supplies-equipment-company.com/ they sell some used equipment and might have a cable available for your Nonin.
