Res Scan says No Detailed Data Available

Post by Mikey_D » Sun Sep 19, 2010 10:18 pm

Hey guys,

I'm new to cpap, been using the S9 Elite for a few weeks, I was checking out my data on rescan but can't seem to get a look at the detailed graphs, only the summery graphs (says no detailed data available). I was wondering is this because my machine does not support this function or have I not activated a function.

Thanks,

Mike.

Neither -- as far as the machine is concerned. Your machine always, records all the data.

When the download screen opens, click on the Select button, and then make sure you select a download of the details in addition to the summary. Try to ask for 5 sessions data, so you'll get at least a few days of historical detailed data too. When the program asks whether to overwrited existing data, say yes.

You'll only get detailed data for a few days back -- but that''s better than none!
