Would anyone know why the usage hours would stop going up? Yes, I went into the clinical menu to tweak some things but this should not affect. Plus, why doesn't day use show up? only weekly, monthly, etc...

No idea on that one. You might be looking at a defective machine.
Did you get it thru a DME?
Most machine have at least a 1 year warranty maybe more depending on manufacturer.
Did you check the manufacturers web site?
If its defective it could be as easy as a warranty swap out.
If it is DME procured and they give you a hard time get your insurance involved.
