Your leaks were high from 1 to 2 am, but then it got better, and was zero for the rest of the night. Since there were only a few apneas during that time, it didn't seem to be too much of a problem for you.
From 4 to 6 am, there were mostly obstructive (red flags) and a few central apenas (black flags). If you do a search on Central apneas, you can read up about them. It may be that you were having REM sleep during that period, and may need a little more pressure to catch them. Or, you may have been sleeping on your back, and alot of us need more pressure if we are sleeping on our back. Your sleep study will tell you if you are one of those.
AHI of 3.7 is very good for a beginner. 5 is considered effective treatment by the sleep docs. If you are inclined to tweak your therapy, and if you are already feeling comfortable with your current pressure, you could try raising it 1 cm., then leave it for a week, to see how you do. Keep notes of changes you make, and how you respond. Or, do nothing, and watch it for a week. I think it's better to not make too many changes in the beginning, especially if you're already doing well.
