When i did my titration few week ago, my pressure was said to be 13.
I got a S9 Autoset from cpap.com which I have been using for 3 nights now.
Cpap.com sets min/max pressure 4.0 to 20.0
I was looking at my sleep data this morning and noticed the pressure displayed was 18
Do i need the min/max pressure to be closer to 13 or the current settings is o.k?

Re: S9 Autoset pressure settings
If it were me (I'm not a doctor!) I'd want the minimum pressure for an autopap to be at, or very close under, my prescribed single pressure.
I'd leave the max pressure at 20 unless I saw from my machine data that my leak rate was too high. Out of control leaks could affect what pressure the machine has to use. If the leak rate was very bad, I'd cap the max pressure setting at two or three cms above the prescribed pressure -- at least until I got the leaks controlled.
I think the minimum pressure is the most important pressure setting to set "right" on an autopap:

Re: S9 Autoset pressure settings
cpap.com sets an APAP to the pressures that your doctor specified on your prescription. If no pressures are specified, they set it wide open (4 - 20).
I think that Rested Gal gave you good advice. If you had the Encore Viewer software you could see where you pressure is all night long. Armed with that information, you might find it makes sense to move your minimum pressure even higher.
