ResMed S9

Post by JohnWayne » Sun Aug 29, 2010 4:35 pm

After getting the Rescan software I loaded it yesterday and was able to access the past detailed information. Then today, the machine downloaded the summary information but not the detailed information. Any ideas here? DId I inadvertently change a setting or something?

Check the settings on the software.

Make sure you have your defaults saved.

Summary or Detailed and then make it your default setting.

Hope this helps.

if you figure it out john let me know. i'm having the same issue. going to try reading the clinician manual that i have online. i'll let you know if i find it.
ru able to see the leak rate on your actual machine? since we have the same machine i thought i'd ask. i can't figure out how to fix it to show that.

I have found if you turn "off" the EPR setting that the unit does not save the detailed data. As I do not use EPR I turn it "on" but set it to "zero". Maybe this is what has happened to your machine?

I don't use EPR and I get detail information.

Thanks for all the help. EPR was off, and I got detailed data and was off the second night and had no detailed data. Then set it to "on" with a setting of 1 as my doctor prescribed (and wasn't done when it was setup). Then when I was putting it into the machine with my fat fingers I did not get it to latch in properly and apparently after a couple of attempts I cooked the chip. I got an error on the machine, it asked if I wanted to reformat, I pushed no, and now the machine seems to accept it but my card reader on my computer tells me I have an access error. I'll stop tomorrow after work and pick up another one then see how I make out.

Just try formating the SD card in your computer.

I formated a second one today for use with my S9 ad it works fine.
