Rescan 3.10 - Detaiiled data but no statistic /synthesis!!!

Hello to all,

I started 2 days ago using Rescan 3.10 with a Resmed S9 autoset machine.
I downladed date for the nights of August 27-28 and August 28-29.
I have choosen the option of downloading "synthesis and all".

Now, I see for the 2 nights all the detailled data (the reviews and the reports), but very strange :
-the screens for statistics and for synthesis display no data
-the synthesis reports display only my profile data, and no data about the sleep
-the navigation pane displays only the icons for detailled data, not for synthesis data, neither observance

Do you have any clue about what could be wrong? I believe that if the software contains the detailled date, it should be able of computing the synthesis and statistic data.

Oh, dear. I had a very long post typed out in response to your request for help, and I've lost it by hitting the wrong key. That will teach me to use the "Save" button.

The most helpful thing I had in there, perhaps, was supplying the word "Summary" where you are using the word "synthesis." There is nothing wrong with your translation, but it will help people to help you if we can come up with the English words that are used by ResScan.

I'm sorry I lost all of that post, as it was quite detailed. Please let us know if you are still having a problem. If nothing else, this response will push your thread back to the top of the list where you might get some help.

There are several separate data sets that are transferred from an S9 flow generator These are Summary, Detailed and High Rate

If ResScan does not receive a Summary data set, it won't display any Summary data. That is, the Summary data is not "calculated" within ResScan from Detailed data, it simply presents the Summary Data that was provided by the S9.

Bill, is it possible for ResScan to download the detailed data without downloading the summary data? I have ResScan 3.11, and it appears to be impossible to get any data at all without getting the Summary data.

AFAIK you can't tell it explicity to do that, however, ResScan looks for datasets on the SD card and "downloads" whatever data sets it can find that match the criteria that the user has specified for the download.

If there is no Summary data set which matches the criteria (that is, a particular data set hasn't been successfuly written to the card for whatever reason), there is nothing there for ResScan to download.

I've never had that happen in normal operation, but I did experiment with deleting data sets deliberately from a card, and have observed the behaviour under those circumstances.

Hello to all,

After opening and playing a little bit with the "Graph Information Panel", I finally saw the statitics and summary data.
So it looks as fixed, but don't know exactly why...

Will let you know if it is not.
