Doesn't say it includes the headgear even though the picture would be misleading. Is it for some small replaceable part? Or it could by a mistake. Don't know if they'd have to honor it by Amazon rules.

I would put it in the cart, and see if it rang up at 12x $85 - I have seen that with marketplace vendors at amazon or send the vendor an inquiry.

It would seem to me that whoever put the 12 pack tag on this screwed up royally. If you open where it says
3 masks, you will see that it says the sale is for only one mask.

$7.08 x 12 = $84.96

So its a 12 pack as indicated of medium sized nasal mask.

I know nothing about if it includes the headgear as it doesn't say.
