i have a REMstar auto sent to 10-20 and i have never seen the pressure change is there any way to check it to see if its working right?

If your titrated pressure was 10cm, then it may not need to move from 10cm to prevents apneas. What do you mean by "seen", do you have software? If not you may not see it change since you would be asleep at the time. Having Respironics software, Encore pro, may be your best way to know.
