Seeking Resmed sleep technician for consultation

Post by bergen » Tue Aug 24, 2010 9:44 am

Hi-
Have a S8 Resmed and having troubles. Using the card reader: It started downloading and then at approx 6% an autoscan message popped up saying " there is no compliance data to display"

Not sure what this means - is his machine compatible with the 5.6 software?

Seeking a Resmed consultant. We are a home using who has the clinicians software and have many issues that we can't work through. Resmed won't provide assistance and we can really use help. Best if in Northern NJ but anyone would be an asset.

Please advise.

Hi, your note is just a bit confusing - "we are a home using who has the clinician's software..." Do you mean you have a clinician manual, or not? With the manual, which I'm sure many people here can help with, you can access much more information than compliance, which is all the DME's usually set machines to report as it's what the insurance co's want, but you already know how compliant you are (I hope ) so what you want is to learn how to set things up to get all your data. I'm sorry I don't have that machine so can't help, but lots of others do I know and will jump in soon.

I think the question is a matter of
With my machine which is a ..............., what version of software do I need.

If you had Respironics, I would know the answer, however with Resmed, I do not.

We need a Resmed user who is familiar the various software packages / versions.

Autoscan is the old Resmed software.

Perhaps if you rephrase the subject to "Machine is ....... , what software" you might be one of the regulars who know.
