S9 no results on machine
S9 no results on machine
I've had my S9 only a few weeks and I'm doing well. Today after using the machine all night the info display had no hours of use. When I took the SD card to my computer the res scan software had results from last night. I vaguely remember reading about something similar but I can't find it by doing a search. I know I don't know the tricks of the software. Do I need to erase the card or something? Please help.

I finally found the old posts on this problem. I waited until after Noon so no results. I usually look in the am and will make sure I do that in the future. Love my S 9 ( not an employee of Res Med).

Yes, the hours of use during a 24 hour period starts at noon.
