Callous on bridge of nose

Post by Jason1975 » Sat Aug 21, 2010 10:55 am

I used to use a Swift LT and a few months ago had to switch to a nasal mask because of my pressure increase. Anyway, over a period of a couple months I had a callous or scar tissue that built up on the bridge of my nose. After about a month or so, I learned through this forum that mole skin works well. Since then, the sore has healed but a callous or scar tissue remains and its created a little hump or ridge. It looks like a bee sting and it won't go away. I was wondering how I can get rid of this? I was wondering if I got some callous remover for like your feet and put it on there if that would take care of it or if there was something else? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Now, every night, I use mole skin but first put neosporin on a q-tip and smear it on the bridge of my nose first before putting on the mole skin. I found that the mole skin comes off easier in the morning doing that.

You might want to hunt up the oil used for stretch marks or vitamin E creams. Both help with scarring.

Thank you for sharing that! I might try that. Do you think that would take the callous/lump away?
