Dental Device-Update

I did go for the dental device to use while I'm on the road. I wear both the device and mask while home just to let my mouth and jaw get used to it. I find that wearing the device alters the profile of my chin a bit, so I've had to adjust the headgear straps for the resultant leaking. When I take the device out, there is definitely some jaw tightness, so I do some jaw excercises, as instructed, for 1-2 minutes until my jaw and bite feel normal. The device definitely makes it easier to sleep on my back.
