I have been using my s9 now for 4 weeks and my AHI has averaged 3.1. I would like for it to be lower but happy it is below 5.
Just wondering what the average AHI is for everyone here.

Re: What is your Average AHI
I have been on cpap for 5 weeks now and my AHI is 0. Last night it was .2, but rarely do I have any events. Still waiting to not feel tired anymore though!
Re: What is your Average AHI
I've been using my S9 Autoset machine (in both CPAP and APAP modes) for 57 days. My average AHI during that period has been 0.4. I've had three zero-AHI days so far.
I've only had a few obstructive apneas or hypopneas during this time. Almost all the events I do have are central apneas.

I've only been doing this for a little over two weeks, but I, too, am averaging around 3. I'm using the exact same equipment as you. I'd like to see it lower as well! I'm still working on leaks, so maybe once that's better?snoresliketrain wrote:I have been using my s9 now for 4 weeks and my AHI has averaged 3.1. Re: What is your Average AHI
For the last 10 days, between 0.0 (once) to 1.4
No idea before that, and I was mostly using the Mirage micro then--not a good fit---just so-so.
It seems to get better the more comfy and quiet I can be.
Some change; from snoring medium to loud throughout nearly the entire sleep study to less noise than a spring peeper.
I'm no longer scaring the cat.

Re: What is your Average AHI
Mine was in the 3-4 range, then zoomed up to 11.2 (!) when I got sick and had nasal congestion. Now it's back down around 5.5 - still not where I'd like it. My mask leak rate is 41.4 L/m probably way too high for a nasal mask so no doubt this is a contributing factor. When I get back to the states I'll try to get it sorted out.
Re: What is your Average AHI
Well, last night AHI was 3.1 which is my over all average. My biggest problem is centrals at the beginning of my sleep time. Last night I had 15 central the first 30 minutes and only had 3 events for the rest of the night. 2 centrals and 1 hypo. So I don't know if I will ever improve much over my current average.
