I want to buy a CPAP machine for travel. What are the best available?

Quick and dirty answer is most of the cpap units are sufficiently small to travel with. S8 AutoSet II w/ or without humidifier is easy to travel with...I've done 1 international trip (3 wks, 6 countries) plus a couple of domestic trips with it and never a problem. I would argue to use the same model that works at home.
