Software Issue With s9?

Software Issue With s9?

?Overall things look quite good with all the available readings. Two things though that I have issues with.

After the first 3 nights, I inserted the SD chip in my laptop and it pulled all 3 days information. However there was no detailed information in that tab. Just the bar chart. How do you get that information to save or show.

The other problem is that I moved the SD Card back to the s9 and went to bed. When I woke up, there were no files saved later than midnight last night. So still only 3 days information. What could cause this.

BTW thanks Uncle Bob for the software. Very helpful.

Hi Kevin...

The ResScan 3.11 Manual is attached to the software and you will notice that you have to select "Detailed Info"...

When you selected download and the download dialog box comes up did you choose select first and tell it to download the detailed data? And do you have Sleep Quality set to ON?
