are they any click instruction threads for rescan 3.10?

Hi,

I downloaded the rescan 3.10, and I have the card in my computer. I started to download, (then aborted) because I had no idea what I was doing and if I was going to erase any of the information, which would be bad, because my doctor is expecting me to bring the printed report to her in august of my
last few months.. there were so many item icons to click when I popped the card in, I got confused.
Is there a thread with click instructions so I dont make a mistake?

I tried to search for one, but most of them are just asking for the software, and Im not very experienced with sd card or downloading this
stuff..


I will try to come back with specifics if there isnt a click instruction thread for dummies..

Elena, there were quite a few instruction threads, in March, as we were discovering how the program worked with the S9. I'll see what I can find for you.

Meanwhile, the ResScan Clinical Guide is attached to the software, as a pdf. I would open and look through that. I printed it, and put it in a 3 ring binder.

I cant wait to download all this and see how good I have been doing.. I think I have really good ahi results,
but last night was not so good, about an hour and half on the machine, and 6.4 ahi.. when I woke up the
pressure was at fifteen, and the tape came off my mouth, so I must have had a big leakaroonie!

although Rescan 3.11 is simpler to install than EncorePro, it is not that simple in some case. (in the subject you are still talking about 3.10)

I installed Rescan 3.11 in 4 different computers and get 4 different situation

1. in one PC managed to install 3.11 without uninstalling 3.10
2. in the second one, I uninstall 3.10 and then successfully install 3.11
3. in the 3 rd PC, I failed to install 3.11. I also was unable to get rid of 3.10 - have to use 3.10 here
4. in the 4th PC, there is no 3.10, so it is straightforward - just a fresh 3.11 installation

In your case, do you already have 3.10 installed or fresh 3.11?

I installed 3.10

and when I click on the icon, a page comes up which says:

1. new patient/open patient..........2. download data........3 review data......4....... reports



patient name..................................... no file open....


does everyone elses have that?

My screen says the same thing. Then I click on open patient and click on my name and then my file is open to download the new data for the day. Did you creat a file for yourself under new patient?

where did you get rescan 3.10? I have had my s9 for a week and would love to see my info

I dont know if I can dowload tomorrow, as we wont have power in the morning... maybe the next day..
I guess I fill out my own patient information.. My doctor said it was "my homework" to figure it out and print it and bring it to her.
