Set clock on Remstar Auto M Series

Hi,

I own a REMstar Auto M Series with A-Flex, I have noticed that when I download data (from the card) to Encore Pro 2.2, the time at which the "therapy data" is displayed is a few hours too late. For example, last night I went to bed from 1:00 AM to 7:00 and in Encore Pro it says it's from 4:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Is there a way to set clock on those machines ? I know how to put it in admin mode (plug it while holding two buttons) but I can't find any time setting

To set/reset the time, it takes a special cable that connects to the serial port on a computer on one end and card on the other end that plugs into the smart card slot.....AND some special software.......none of which are readily available to users.

The machines typically lose 1 - 2 minutes per month as the battery power drains.

Den is correct. Don't understand why the won't program the firmware to allow the clock to be reset. Machine clock is set to (GMT) Greenwitch Mean Time and Encore changes the time to your time zone. You can offset the computer clock and correct for it or do the math.

Walmart sells Timex fairly cheap, they are meant to tell time correctly. XPAPS are like computers the clocks aren't supposed to keep real time. The differences are with a computer it can connect to the internet and update the correcred time, XPAPS can't. With Encore Pro (the past versions), you have the option of deciding when you want your day to start. Jim

Goto the Patient Homepage then choose Edit Demographics. Change Start of Day to suit. I always change mine to 12AM so I'm less confused
