Hey everyone.

I am going on 5 days with the cpap machine. I notice some days are better than others, but ever day I feel more at rest than i ever did without one. So glad i made this decision.

Welcome!

You are one of those rare lucky ducks--people who take to cpap like ducks to water.

Hope you have great nights from here on in.

Thanks guys,

I will admit it took me a couple of days to get used to. And some days feel better than others, but I love it none the less.

Some days you will feel refreshed and some days you won't. This can be normal sometimes, other things can affect your sleeping habits and how well you sleep.

Over time though you should feel better and less tired, less yawning in the day and no snoozing

Thanks
Dave
