OT:Keep breathing.

Post by carbonman » Sun Jul 04, 2010 9:19 am

The sun will rise tomorrow.
Who knows what the tide will bring.

Last Thurs. was my 2yr. cpap anniversary.
It has become very easy....it is just part of life....
my new life......for which I am very thankful.

Doug and I did the Rio Grande trail today.
Glenwood Spgs. to Aspen, up the Roaring Fork valley.
I did this ride last Oct. It is a different ride in summer.
On the trail....headed up the valley.

Crossing the upper Roaring Fork river.
Just an incredible day. Plenty of sun, no boomers.
Friends.

The upper valley. Cattle country.
For some it's a work day.

Making hay while the sunshines.

Headed back down valley.

Roaring Fork river running clear and clean.

In Carbondale, there is an interesting sculpture.

It is titled, "Fleeting youth".

Crossing the lower river.

Lower valley headed home.

Confluence of the Roaring Fork and the Colorado river.

You can see the clear, clean water of the Roaring Fork and
the dirty, brown water of the Colorado.

Now, a week of rest and next Sat. is the Triple.

Keep breathing.
You never know what the tide will bring.
"If your therapy is improving your health but you're not doing anything
to see or feel those changes, you'll never know what you're capable of."
I said that.

Wow. Have you ever thought of taking a group along, being a guide, maybe even charging a small fee (with which to pay for your ... filters)?

Those were very wonderful photos! Made me realize how good it is to live, and in your words, to "keep breathing."
