UARS and flattening

hi all,

Are there any experienced UARS patients or docs here?

I was diagnosed with "possible UARS" from a PSG. My flow limitation % was 40. And the graphs showed that from my 9 hours of sleep I had 10% flat breaths, 30% below average, 30% average and 30% good.

Anyone know the scale of UARS. How do I know how severe it is.
