How do you find out what software you are using?

From what I understand this is the software you should be using.
EncoreViewer 2.0 Software for Respironics PR System One Machines
Do You have the software and data cable?
If not this is available from an on line retailer- EncoreViewer 2.0 Software with USB SD Memory Card Reader for PR System One Machines

Good luck. Everybody was a newby once and some us stay that way <grin>.

I don't want to hijack the original post but I just got the same machine last week and just ordered the software this morning. But I didn't order the USB SD card reader - do I need that if my laptop will take SD cards?

Not hijacking. For both of you, all you need is the software. Your machine should already have the card in it, and you can use any SD card reader.

It will cost too much for a card reader if you buy it from an online CPAP supplier--they are just a few bucks wherever you buy electronics. Sometimes you can get a free card reader with a new SD card (then you'll have a backup card!)

The Encore Viewer software is available from online retailers. Shop around for the best price.
