E-24 on Remstar/Plus CFlex

I am getting an E-24 error on my Remstar/Plus CFlex machine.

The lights flash and there's a loud high pitched beep. Is there anything I can do to clear this?

Where can I have it serviced if it's not a home fix?

If you obtained the machine via a local supplier, take it there. If not, you may have to ship it to your online supplier.

For some reason that has nothing to do with patient convenience or health, most manufacturers will not repair machines sent to them directly from patients, whether the machine is covered by warranty or not.

Here's what the service manual says for that machine:

E-24......Flow Offset......Check for leaks or kinked internal tubing / Replace Main PCA

I'd suggest contacting this company and get an estimate:

They do factory authorized repair work on Respironics machines. The factory may not even want to mess with it.

If you don't have a spare machine or if the repairs are going to be expensive, I'd suggest looking through http://www.cpapauction.com and see if there's one for sale you'd be interested in. There are many data-capable models available for very low prices. I just bought a REMstar Pro 2 last month that only had 10 total hours on it and for a very good price.
The REMstar Plus models are even less, but they're not data-capable.

Thanks so much Den and JDM! Apparently I am able to clear the error by pressing the two little gray arrow buttons while plugging it in but the error pops back up when I turn it off. At least I can use it until I get another or can get it serviced.
