I've tried to buy a mask but I need to have a RX? for the mask? or for cpap.

On cpapauction.com, you need to have a prescription on file with them to purchase a machine or a mask. This is a fairly recent change. Used to be that a prescription was only needed to buy a machine.

Do you have the prescription for your CPAP (the physical document)?.......that will work. All you have to do is scan and upload it to their site. If your prescription is on file with CPAP.COM, they can share it with CPAPAuction.com.

Thanks Wulfman for making that info a little clearer.

Your cpap machine prescription will also get you a mask on cpapauction.com. You need to upload (or send as an email attachment), the prescription to them or to cpap.com. Both sites are operated by cpap.com so you only need the machine on file with one of them to buy masks or machines.
