OK these are some of my best results yet, This is with my new mask that took me a while to find and have now been using for a week. This data is from last night. I know that alot of it looks really well but there are some things I dont understand and would love your help with.
BTW EPR settings are Full time and EPR Level is 2.0 cmH20 figured I would add that in case something needs adjusting.
My main questions are what the Flow Data, Flow Limitation, When there is an Apnea Recorded is the number how many seconds they lasted? and what is the Minute Ventilation.
Thank you all so much for any info you may be able to provide and please feel free to comment on the graphs.

feel a tad noobish The mask I am using is the same as yours the the Swift FX Large Pillows and I ABSOLUTELY love it. I just forgot to change it.. Thanks for saying something so I can adjust that I had to add a chin strap to the mix becasue I found out I was mouth breathing. But other then that the last few days with the FX and Chin Strap my leak rates have all been really low.

Yes, the numbers in boxes above the apnea-bar is the number of seconds the apnea lasted.
I think the flow shows the airflow of your breathing and the flow limitation seems to be flattening - how much the breathing flow curve shape
deviated from normal. The normal shape looks like sine-wave, but a flattened curve looks like square-vawe: it starts like normal,
but the flow stops to grow (or grows slowlier). That indicates a narrow place in the breathe air path, where the "air resistance"
becomes bigger when the flow grows. I mean, try to breathe through a straw: when you inhale slowly, you get air slowly, and
when you inhale fast, you need to use a lot more strength and sill can't get air much faster.
De-bugging is for sissies, real men do de-monstrations.

I was wondering about the flow being related to my breathing, just could not make heads or tails out of it. Its all pretty confusing but I just want to make sure I am getting optimal therapy. I still have a surgery coming up for my turbinites so if my flow looks bad I am sure it will get better. I am sure using pillows with only one or the other nostril working at night makes a difference.
