Turbinate Reduction- SMR vs Other

Hi All
It seems that different people have had different procedures for turbinate reduction. Any recommendations on procedures that worked?
I posted something similar but wanted to find out more about other people's experience just on turbinate reduction in general. The other posts that I found were people with combined procedures, septoplasty and turbinate reduction. Also, some people had subcutaneous without a microdebrider. I thought the microdebrider was commonly used and the better method.
