plush straps cure face marks AND leaks!

Post by elena88 » Sat May 22, 2010 11:10 pm

I just wanted to share this with you..

I know lots of folks get lines imprinted on their faces from the mask straps. I did too..

I know the wonderful strap covers available really help with that.. However..

I was most pleasantly surprised to find my Opus 360 head gear and f and p nasal pillows did not

leak when I wore the the plushy straps! I guess there was less play in the area for the nose pillows to become dislodged..

Sometimes when I would sleep on my side, the head gear would smoosh into my pillow and my nose pillows would start to leak,
but not with the plushy cheek straps.. I was amazed! Im so happy, I wanted to share it.

I bought some from padacheek which are so pretty, and going to buy some from cpap.com and the ones which arrived first which I wore last night

are called .. strap softies.. THEY ARE LIKE LITTLE CLOUDS ON YOUR FACE!

I bought them on ebay, just type in strap softies in that search engine. You all know where to find padacheek, and cpap strapies!

Im getting several pairs so I can mix and match and launder them, I wanted to match my hose cover too.. but I dont think I need a hose cover
on my climate line tubing now? I wonder if I can put one on there anyway? probably start a fire!

Sorry this is so off-topic. I want to know where / how on this site I enter my type of machine, mask, etc., so it will print out at the end of any posts I submit. Thank you in advance. JayTee

User Control Panel (upper left) / Profile (second tab) / Edit Equiopment (second choice I think) show text instead of images as the images are too hard to identify.
